Building on a decade of partnership with various utilities, we have developed the Utility Customer Data Aggregation Standard (UCDAS). This standard provides a data model and implementation guidance for utilities that wish to release and publish customer billing data- to enable efficiency research, for example- while maintaining compliance with applicable customer data privacy regulations.
